cable complaints
If you have a complaint about your Mediacom cable or high speed internet service that you unable to resolve with the company, you can report it to Bob Hardy, the City of Iowa City's Cable TV Administrator. Bob can often work with Mediacom staff to help resolve the problems. Complaints are also monitored by the ICTC as indicators of cable franchise compliance.
