Meet the Candidates is the City of Iowa City Cable TV Division's ongoing participation in the Video Voter Project.
All local candidates are offered up to 8 minutes of unedited video to discuss their viewpoints and their campaigns. These videos are shown locally on City Channel 4 (click here for our program schedule), with Video On Demand playback on Interactive Channel 5. The videos are also being shown on many Mediacom local access stations as well as many public access stations across Iowa. You can also watch streaming media videos of all the participating candidates from this website.
The 2008 election year is completed, but we'll be back in 2009 with candidates for the Iowa City City Council elections.
