Q: Where do I find your program schedule?
A: Try our interactive program schedule, which allows you to search our programming by time, category or title. The schedule will also link you to any of our programs that are available on streaming media.

Q: How do I file a complaint about Mediacom?
A: Complaints about Mediacom's practices in Iowa City are handled by Drew Shaffer, the City's Cable TV Administrator. You can reach Drew by phone at (319) 356-5046, or you can fill out our online complaint form here.
Q: How can I get a copy of a program I saw on one of your channels?
A: Most, though not all of our programs can be copied to VHS tape or DVD. We charge $8.75 for our time to make the copy, plus a $5.00 media charge for the tape or disc. You can avoid the media charge by dropping off blank media at our office. Contact Bob Hardy at (319) 356-5047.
Q: How can I get my program on your channels?
A: Most of our content comes from our facilites or from other government agencies. However, if you feel that you have content that meets with our cablecast guidelines, please contact Bob Hardy at (319) 356-5047.

A: We've recently updated our own interactive television service to allow new features like web browsing and Video On Demand, and to allow users to access our database on their own web browsers. You can access the InfoVision X help page here.
