As part of National Public Works Week, the Iowa City Landfill & Recycling Center will host an open house. Stop out to enjoy equipment and facility tours, refreshments, educational opportunities, games, and more!
Mattress and box spring recycling drop-off event
Do you have a mattress or box spring you no longer need? Recycle it during a special event from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the East Side Recycling Center.
