Night of 1,000 Dinners, held annually since 2000, is a community celebration of International Women's Day. The Johnson County United Nations Association honors local organizations founded by, led by, or serving women that advance the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

Local organizations featured this year include the Free Medical and Dental Clinic, Prairielands Freedom Fund, Healthy Start for Refugee Children, and the Coralville Public Library.
