A virtual discussion with Richard Mabion and Ayman Sharif on "Climate Action and Communities of Color" hosted by the Office of Equity and Human Rights and the Climate Action and Outreach Division of Iowa City recorded on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021. Mabion has committed his life to addressing the absence of people of color in climate organizations by spreading his message and methodology to other communities, and is the founder and CEO of Building A Sustainable Earth Community in Kansas City, Kansas. He was joined by Iowa City resident Ayman Sharif, who is a member of the Johnson County Food Policy Council and founder of the Global Food Project.
