ICPD adds Electric Vehicle to patrol fleet
The Iowa City Police Department has added a new patrol-rated electric vehicle (EV) to its fleet.
This all-weather EV is believed to be among the first of its kind in Iowa law enforcement. With a range of 290 miles, it's designed to meet the demands of patrol while helping reduce emissions and support the City's climate goals.
